I really needed to have our vinyl siding pressure washed due to green mold. Never had any prior experience with this company, but took a chance. Communication was fairly simple via email. I have used McKown for the last 3 years for my deck and home and they always do an excellent job. I have mildew on the north side of my home and when they are done, it looks like new. They always make the appt. time and have a "no hassle" attitude with pricing and payment. I can't ask for much more than that. Can you?

Bob and his team did a wonderful job w/ the pressure washing of my deck and front porch. They then stained all of these areas as well for me. It was a tough job- as some of the deck was newer wood from an addition to the existing older deck.
Bob and his team were very dedicated to my satisfaction and made sure that the job was done right. When I spoke w/ Amanda (his very attentive assistant), she was quick to respond and to get me in touch w/ Bob at all times.
Because the woods on the decks were two different types and one deck was much older than the other, the stain did not take as well on the older deck. Bob came back to my house w/ NO hesitation and and put a second coat on the older deck at my request so that it matched better to the newer deck.
Great attention to customer satisfaction in my opinion and they did it all in a timely manner. Would recommend them to all!! Thanks so much!
