Our commercial services include:
- Pressure washing - We are able to wash up to 3 stories from the ground and no scaffolding will ever be involved. We prefer to use ladders as this keeps consistent clean results on multiple stories.

*Because of our low pressure heated cleaning systems we are able to pressure wash all year.
Pressure Washing 101
What you need to know about protecting the properties you manage & the residents who own them:
The basics: Pressure washing, the basic term sounds simple and informing enough- what else is there to know, every building needs it some time?! In order to clean the surfaces of the buildings you manage, or your very own home pressure washing should occur to remove the dirt, mildew and mold- simple enough!
Myth: Pressure washing is very bad and should never be done… ever!
Fact: While one of the only ways to clean the exterior of a building is pressure washing- you don’t actually want to use a lot of pressure! What?! High pressure from pressure washers actually pushes moisture under vinyl siding causing mold you can’t even see! It can even blow the siding off completely and also remove important facing off brick!
What that means to you: Protect siding with a low pressure heated wash- preventing damage from occurring to any surface being cleaned! It is important to select a company who specializes in a low pressure heated system with the ability to control their heat. Damage can also occur from using incorrect temperatures on different surfaces being washed- McKown has been specializing in heated cleaning systems since 1999.
Bottom line: Let’s face it- someone pulling a small, cheap pressure washing machine on wheels through the parking lot is not going to do anything but cause more problems- trust us, we’ve seen it!
There is a big difference when a company uses a $1200.00 machine to clean your properties and a $12,000.00 machine. Special Note: Anyone can purchase a pressure washer. Simply owning a pressure washer and advertising that you offer a service doesn't mean you can operate it and effectively. A pressure washer in the hands of an unskilled operator will do a great deal more harm than good. We have seen decks ruined by too much pressure and harsh chemicals, siding blown off, brick facing removed, plants and yards killed, windows broken, and even new paint peeled.
